II. General Privacy Policy

Our website can in principle be visited without registration. In doing so, data such as the pages accessed or the name of the file retrieved as well as the date and time is stored on the server for statistical purposes, without this data being linked directly to you personally.

Personal data, in particular name, address, or email address, is collected on a voluntary basis as far as possible. Without your consent, the data will not be disclosed to third parties.

III. Cookies

Our website uses cookies. These are small text files that make it possible to store specific, user-related information on the user’s device while the user is using the website.

In particular, cookies make it possible to determine the frequency of use and the number of users of the pages, to analyze patterns of site use, and to make our website more user-friendly. Cookies remain stored beyond the end of a browser session and can be retrieved again when you visit the site.

IV. Audience Measurement with Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4, an audience measurement service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Without your consent, no connection to Google is established

The analytics code remains blocked as long as you have not consented to the “Statistics” category in the cookie notice. In this case, no data is transmitted to Google and no analytics cookies are stored on your device.

What is collected after your consent

The following data in particular is collected: the pages accessed, the date and time of access, the time spent on the site, the approximate region of origin, the browser and operating system, and the page from which you reached us. Your IP address is truncated by Google and is not stored permanently. This data is not combined with other data sources.

Your information from the contact form is not transmitted

Neither your name, your phone number, your email address, nor the text of your message leaves the website as part of audience measurement.

Withdrawal

You may withdraw consent you have given at any time via the cookie notice with effect for the future. The lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that point remains unaffected.

The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with § 25 Absatz 1 TDDDG (Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act).

Transfer to third countries

The recipient is Google Ireland Limited. A transfer to Google LLC in the United States cannot be ruled out. Such a transfer is based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and additionally on standard contractual clauses under Article 46 GDPR.

Retention period

Data collected at the user level is deleted by Google no later than 14 months after collection. Aggregated analyses remain unaffected by this.

V. Legal Bases for Processing

To the extent that we obtain your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR is the legal basis. For processing to initiate or perform a lawyer-client relationship, it is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. The technically secure and stable operation of this website is based on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where we are subject to legal obligations, for example under professional law or the Money Laundering Act (Geldwäschegesetz), Article 6(1)(c) GDPR applies.

VI. Server Log Files

When you visit this website, the server automatically collects information transmitted by your browser: the page accessed, date and time, amount of data transferred, referring page, browser type, operating system, and IP address. This data is used for secure operation and for error analysis. It is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for these purposes and is not combined with other data sources.

VII. Contacting Us

If you contact us via the contact form, by email, or by phone, we process your information in order to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR to the extent that the inquiry serves to initiate a lawyer-client relationship, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. If a lawyer-client relationship is established, retention is governed by the time limits under professional and commercial law. Sending an email does not create a lawyer-client relationship.

VIII. Fonts

The fonts used on this website are delivered exclusively from our own server. No connection is made to third-party servers and your IP address is not transmitted to Google.

IX. Your Rights as a Data Subject

You have the right of access to the data processed concerning you (Article 15 GDPR), to rectification of inaccurate data (Article 16), to erasure (Article 17), to restriction of processing (Article 18), to data portability (Article 20), and the right to object to processing that is based on a legitimate interest (Article 21).

You may withdraw consent once given at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that point remains unaffected. To exercise your rights, it is sufficient to send a message to info@kanzlei-tasli.de.

X. Right to Lodge a Complaint with the Supervisory Authority

Irrespective of this, you have the right under Article 77 GDPR to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority for North Rhine-Westphalia is:

XI. No Obligation to Provide Data

The provision of personal data is required neither by law nor by contract. Without your information, however, we cannot process an inquiry.
