II. General information

Our website can in principle be visited without registering. In doing so, data such as the pages accessed or the names of the files retrieved, the date and the time are stored on the server for statistical purposes without being related directly to you as a person.

Personal data, in particular your name, address or email address, are collected on a voluntary basis wherever possible. Without your consent, no data are passed on to third parties.

III. Cookies

Our website uses cookies. These are small text files that make it possible to store specific information relating to the user on the user’s device while they use the website.

Cookies make it possible in particular to determine how frequently and by how many people pages are used, to analyse patterns of use and to make our offering more user-friendly. Cookies remain stored beyond the end of a browser session and can be retrieved when the site is visited again.

IV. Legal bases for processing

Where we obtain your consent, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. For processing to initiate or perform a lawyer-client relationship it is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. The technically secure and stable operation of this website is based on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where we are subject to legal obligations, for instance under professional law or the Money Laundering Act, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR applies.

V. Server log files

When this website is accessed, the server automatically records information transmitted by your browser: the page accessed, the date and time, the volume of data transferred, the referring page, the browser type and operating system, and the IP address. These data serve secure operation and error analysis. They are deleted as soon as they are no longer required for that purpose and are not combined with other data sources.

VI. Contacting us

If you contact us using the contact form, by email or by telephone, we process your details in order to deal with your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry serves to initiate a mandate, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. If a mandate comes about, retention follows the periods laid down in professional and commercial law. Sending an email does not create a lawyer-client relationship.

VII. Fonts

The fonts used on this website are delivered exclusively from our own server. No connection to third-party servers is established and your IP address is not transmitted to Google.

VIII. Your rights as a data subject

You have the right to obtain information about the data processed concerning you (Article 15 GDPR), to have inaccurate data corrected (Article 16), to erasure (Article 17), to restriction of processing (Article 18), to data portability (Article 20) and the right to object to processing based on a legitimate interest (Article 21).

You may withdraw consent once given at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of processing carried out up to that point remains unaffected. A message to info@kanzlei-tasli.de is sufficient to exercise your rights.

IX. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
