Gülay Tasli

Ms. Tasli’s work as a lawyer combines two perspectives. Before her admission to the bar, she worked in the higher intermediate civil service (gehobener Dienst) at the Bundesagentur für Arbeit (Federal Employment Agency). Since 2008, she has been training administrative staff nationwide on the subject of benefit entitlement of foreign nationals under SGB II. Since 2020, she has been an alternate member of the Migration Law Committee of the Hamm and Düsseldorf Bar Associations (Rechtsanwaltskammern), which reviews the evidence submitted for the specialist lawyer title (Fachanwaltstitel).
This combination of legal practice and administrative experience shapes her work in particular in proceedings that go beyond the mere filing of an application: in the case of rejections, where decisions are not issued and where questions of residence law and social law meet.

- Since 2011 specialist lawyer for social law, conferred by the Düsseldorf Bar Association
- Since 2017 specialist lawyer for migration law, conferred by the Düsseldorf Bar Association

International Lectures and Speaking Engagements
Ms. Tasli gives expert presentations on labor migration and skilled worker immigration to Germany, among other things in cooperation with NRW.INVEST and NRW.Global Business.
