Social security law

Social security law is a very complex field and consists of unemployment benefit I, unemployment benefit II, social assistance, health insurance, pension insurance, accident insurance, child and youth welfare, rehabilitation for the participation of disabled people, and long-term care insurance. The individual insurance schemes are closely linked and have an impact on each other. For example, an error in the termination of employment can lead to the exclusion from social benefits. Exclusion from social benefits will in turn mean that health insurance contributions must continue to be paid in order to maintain insurance coverage. This gap in insurance law may also have consequences for any pension entitlements. Therefore, incorrect decisions in the area of social law often only become apparent at a later date and are therefore particularly treacherous.
